We are excited to introduce you to Noble Coffee Roasting — the premier coffee roasting company in southern Oregon's Rogue Valley, and one of the most esteemed and award-winning coffee roasting companies in the United States. They meticulously focus on every stage of a coffee’s production and preparation by sourcing the highest quality green coffees from organic farms and cooperatives, and continue in the crafting of coffees with great attention upon roasting, and ends in the fine details of brewing.
We use our own local Dairy, Alexandre Family Farm for all of our dairy products on bar. "Milk, sourced from healthy cows on healthy soil, is a nutrient-dense superfood." Not only is Alexandres America’s First Certified Regenerative Dairy Grass-Based Organic A2/A2,
we love that they are setting new standards in dairy farming by prioritizing becoming caretakers with a commitment to
stewardship that reaches beyond our farm gate!

Slow Coffee
In a world of right now and fast - drive thru coffee, we opted to bring you Slow Coffee. Coffee is a work of art, a true form of culinary experience and should be served as such. We are not saying it would be wrong to enjoy coffee on the go, we are merely suggesting that this slow approach gives it the standards it deserves and allows you to enjoy and savor the complex flavors it can offer.
